Shipping Policy
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and through DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex for international orders. We follow minimise wastage model, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. All orders-domestic and international are usually delivered within 10-12 business days (except public holidays and Sundays).We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free standard domestic shipping across India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipping, shipping charges will be calculated as per final destination, weight and volume of the shipment and will be add on during check out process.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
ORDER COMMUNATION
Our order conversation will follow below sequence.
- An order confirmation email & WhatsApp message once placed an order by you.
- An order delivery email & WhatsApp message when order will be dispatch from our studio. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.
Please ensure someone will be there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted two times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong contact details.
